This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Umate mobile application (the "App"), which is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years or older. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws to safeguard your privacy.

- Information submitted during UGC creation (e.g., username associated with content);

- Usage data (e.g., App access times, features used, interaction with UGC);
- Technical data (e.g., IP address, network type, error logs).
2. Use of Collected Information
We use your information for the following legitimate purposes:

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
3.1 Definition of UGC
UGC refers to any content created, uploaded, or shared by you on the App, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments. You retain ownership of your UGC but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content for App operation purposes.
3.2 Prohibited UGC
You agree not to post, upload, or share UGC that contains any of the following:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content: Including but not limited to nudity, sexual acts, or content promoting sexual exploitation;
- Disturbing or offensive content: Material depicting violence, gore, bodily harm, or other content that causes psychological discomfort;
- Gambling-related content: Information about illegal gambling activities, betting platforms, or gambling strategies;
- Drug-related content: Content promoting, describing, or facilitating the use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs;
- Political content: Material involving political propaganda, election interference, or criticism of government institutions that violates applicable laws;
- Discriminatory content: Content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
- Other illegal content: Defamation, harassment, invasion of privacy (e.g., unauthorized disclosure of others' personal information), or content violating intellectual property rights.
3.3 UGC Moderation and Enforcement
We employ a combination of automated tools and manual review to monitor UGC. Violating content will be removed promptly upon detection.
Users who repeatedly post prohibited UGC (three or more times within one week) or upload seriously illegal content will have their accounts terminated, and their information may be included in a non-compliant user database.
3.4 UGC Reporting Mechanism
If you encounter prohibited UGC, you may submit a report through the following steps:
- In-App Reporting: Locate the "Report" button (icon: ⚐) adjacent to the UGC. Select the violation category (e.g., "Pornographic Content", "Discrimination") and provide optional additional details.
- Email Reporting: Send an email to info@umateinc.com with the subject line "UGC Report - [Content ID/Link]". Include the following information:
- Link or screenshot of the violating UGC;
- Specific violation category;
- Your contact information (optional, for follow-up).
Processing Commitment: We acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and complete review within 48 hours. You will receive a notification of the processing result (e.g., content removal, account action) via in-App message or email. We strictly protect the privacy of reporters and will not disclose their identity without consent.
